Job summary

Target's General Merchandise Team Leader role is a full-time position based in Danvers, MA. You will lead hourly team members, plan daily and weekly workload, and ensure the store delivers an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience while achieving sales goals.

You will train and coach associates, manage inventory, sign and price goods, and support fulfillment and backroom operations. The position requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet store goals and guest expectations.
• Coach and develop hourly team members to improve performance.
• Ensure product is in stock, correctly priced, and clearly signed.
• Assist with backroom organization and fulfillment processes.
