Qualifications

• GM vehicle knowledge and Dealertrack DMS experience are a huge plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read descriptions and maintain accurate records.
• Pre-employment drug testing required.

Responsibilities

• Initiates automotive services by assessing problems, developing estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining customer rapport.
• Ascertains problems by listening to customers, inspecting vehicles, and checking service schedules.
• Verifies warranty coverage by reviewing records and explaining provisions.
• Prepares repair orders with symptoms, causes, requested repairs, and approvals; enters RO into the service system.
• Maintains records and communicates estimated timelines and costs to customers.
