• Answer technical questions about vehicle issues, warranties, and repairs.
• Maintain customer happiness scores above company standards.
• Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and ordering parts.
• Oversee warranty claims administration and training of staff.
• Set schedules and assign tasks to service department employees.
• Enforce company policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster good relationships with factories and support hiring decisions.
