Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in Massachusetts. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage daily operations, and ensure product availability and accurate signing across the GM area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments and maintain an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly environment.
• Train and coach hourly team members and manage daily tasks.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to meet sales goals with guidance from your direct leader.
• Ensure product availability, pricing, signing, and merchandising on the sales floor.
• Assist with pick, pack, and ship fulfillment when applicable.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and an inclusive culture.
