Job summary

Target in New York is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to guide a high‑volume GM area. You will drive guest experience, supervise hourly teammates, and manage day‑to‑day store operations to ensure shelves are stocked, correctly priced, and ready for guests.

You will lead ongoing training, coach staff, and coordinate tasks across departments to meet sales goals while maintaining safety and policy compliance. A high school diploma or equivalent and retail experience are preferred.
