Qualifications

• Experience managing a sports complex or multi-use facility with guest-focused operations.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and revenue-growth capabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, develop and inspire high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on oversight of facilities, safety, and vendor relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with recreation software is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of a multi-sport and entertainment complex, including programs, facilities, F&B, retail, events, and guest services.
• Drive service quality, safety, and financial performance across all departments.
• Recruit, coach, and develop department leaders to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee budgeting, labor management and revenue growth across leagues, events, rentals, and concessions.
• Partner with corporate leadership to implement strategic initiatives and improve performance.
• Build relationships with youth sports organizations, schools, clubs, and community partners.
• Maximize facility utilization through scheduling of leagues, tournaments, camps and events while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety, risk management and regulatory requirements.
