Job summary

Levy is looking for an experienced hospitality operations professional to lead guest service in a dynamic sports and entertainment setting in New York. The role focuses on maintaining guest relationships, brand clarity, and meeting financial goals with leadership support.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in F&B operations, a hospitality degree, and strong computer literacy, ready to contribute to Levy's renowned service standards and compliance responsibilities across venues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a food and beverage operational position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
• High level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive guest relationships including obtaining regular feedback through table visits and executing show quality standards.
• Trains and conveys brand clarity through the menu and beverage knowledge.
• Promotes a positive work environment and maintains compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Engages in the financial goals of the operation with support from the Director of Clubs and executes required daily reporting.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops team members according to Levy guidelines.
