Job summary

Nbutexas in Ogden, Utah is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations of a high-energy sports facility. You will hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop the facility team while driving revenue through leagues, memberships, and rentals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success and experience in a lead, supervisor, assistant manager, operations manager, or general manager role.

• Experience in customer service, sales, operations, hospitality, recreation, fitness, sports, entertainment, or facility management.
• Ability to manage schedules, staffing, customer issues, facility needs, and business priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working nights, weekends, and peak business hours based on facility demand.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales, customer service, operations, or leadership.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability is a plus.
• Team sports, recreation, fitness, or sports facility experience is a plus.
• This role requires availability during peak facility hours, including nights and weekends.
• Shifts vary based on business needs, league schedules, staffing, and facility demand.

Responsibilities
