Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead a world-class dining team, ensure food and drink quality, and maintain daily presentation of the restaurant.

You will coach and educate team members, interact with guests for feedback, and collaborate with other outlets to grow revenue while upholding Resorts World's standards and safety protocols. The role requires flexibility across shifts and a hospitality degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in restaurant operations management.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software systems.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent English communication and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of personnel to restaurant team members.
• Interact with customers to receive feedback on their service.
• Provide ongoing education to team members on industry trends and service etiquette.
• Increase restaurant revenue through marketing strategies, networking, and team member engagement.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing responsibilities.
• Rotate to other Food & Beverage outlets/venues, as necessary.
• Ensure core values and standards are implemented and applied.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
