Job summary

Ghost is building its live selling business unit from the ground up. We seek a General Manager to own shows, sellers, inventory, and pricing, running staffing, scheduling, inventory flow, and cross-team execution as a single connected system.

You will map strategy, lead shows, optimize pricing, and own fulfillment with Ops and warehouse partners to hit SLAs. This is a temp-to-hire role based in our LA office with base salary plus bonus and equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in operations or general management with e-commerce/live commerce experience.
• P&L ownership with GMV, retention and inventory metrics.
• Track record of running a multi-channel, multi-vertical business.
• Avid user of AI in daily workflows (Claude, ChatGPT).
• Strong systems-building mindset and ability to optimize complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy by analyzing shows, sellers, and categories across channels.
• Build the roadmap with priorities, sequencing and owners.
• Align strategy with Sales, Product, and Operations and secure buy-in.
