eBay Live is transforming how buyers and sellers engage in real time. We seek a Head of Trading Cards to own the category strategy, drive GMV and revenue, recruit and lead a high-performance team, and partner across Business Development, onboarding, and product to deliver trusted, entertaining live shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent; MBA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in ecommerce, marketplace, or retail with sellers/brands.
• Experience in Trading Cards, collectibles, or enthusiast commerce preferred.
• Proven ownership/influence of P&L, GMV, or revenue targets.
• Strong interest in live selling or video commerce and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own Category P&L and outcomes for Trading Cards on eBay Live.
• Define and execute strategy across supply, demand, content, trust, and product.
• Drive supply growth and seller success through onboarding and incentives.
• Lead development of engaging, high-conversion live content and runs
• Grow and scale the team, cross-functional partners, and processes.
