Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Wallingford, CT seeks a General Manager in Training to rotate through center operations, learn from senior leaders, and prepare to run a multimillion-dollar venue. You will gain hands-on experience across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events, while building leadership and guest-experience excellence.

You will drive sales, participate in hiring and coaching of hourly staff, and develop financial literacy for full P&L ownership, including labor management

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume operations.
• Track record of supporting sales and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience training and coaching teams in fast-paced environments.
• Foundational financial knowledge including labor management and cost control.
• Full schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events operations to build full-center fluency.
• Learn how standards, labor decisions, and revenue targets connect with leadership.
• Take ownership of shifts, flex labor across departments, and make on-the-spot decisions.
• Drive sales by engaging guests, supporting events, and executing marketing programs.
• Participate in hiring, training, and performance conversations for hourly team members.
• Build financial literacy across labor, COGS, inventory, and cost control toward P&L ownership.
