Job summary

RPM Pizza, one of the largest Domino’s franchises, is seeking a General Manager in Carmel, IN to lead store performance and team operations.

You will oversee scheduling, labor, inventory, sales, and customer service while ensuring compliance with RPM and Domino’s standards. This exempt role requires leadership, financial acumen, and food safety certification, and offers a path through GM in Training or prior GM experience.

Qualifications

• AM4 or prior GM with District Manager approval and good standing.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent required.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Required food safety certification per local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture that values accountability and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with RPM, Domino’s, safety, security, and health department standards.
• Deliver consistent product quality, service, and store image.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as a Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Support scheduling, labor management, attendance, and punctuality.
• Resolve customer and Team Member concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Operate all store equipment, including ovens and food preparation tools.
