RPM Pizza is seeking a Part-time General Manager to lead a high-volume store in Indiana. The GM will oversee team performance, operations, and financial results, driving customer service and safety standards daily.

The role requires prior GM or GM-in-training experience, strong leadership and math skills, and the ability to pass screening. Scheduling includes nights, weekends, and holidays across a 40+ hour work week with local store marketing duties.

Qualifications

• GM in training program completed or equivalent.
• Proven success in a high-volume environment.
• Strong math, technology, and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Food safety certification required by local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop team members.
