Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a high-volume environment.
• GM in Training Program completion or equivalent required.
• Strong math, technology and leadership skills.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop Team Members.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture with accountability.
• Manage sales, labor, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, forecasting.
• Execute local store marketing and represent RPM as Brand Ambassador.
• Uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards; ensure safety compliance.
