McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager in Training in Ohio to lead a profitable restaurant, uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and work with a leader to set goals and execute plans. You’ll supervise Department Managers, coach crews, and drive operational excellence through recruiting, onboarding, performance management and training.

This franchisee-operated role offers advancement opportunities within the restaurant network.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience preferred.
• Background in quick service restaurants strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Work with your leader to set goals and create a plan to achieve them.
• Supervise Department Managers and coach teams to improve performance.
• Plan for success by leading People processes including Recruiting, Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, Training and motivation.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budgets, and food costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards.
