Domino’s Team Murph is seeking individuals for General Managers in Training. The program offers progressive training to prepare you to become a restaurant General Manager in a fast-growing quick service environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated, with a focus on operations, people leadership, and customer service. The role emphasizes managing daily sales, food cost, and labor while upholding food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with background and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must meet Domino’s image standards and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain brand recognition through professionalism and communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor and adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of team members.
• Maintain high levels of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
