Team Murph’s Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager in Training to join our fast-growing leadership team in Texas. You’ll take part in a progressive training program while working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment with a clear path to restaurant General Manager.

The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated and capable of managing operations, people, and performance metrics in a high-volume quick service setting.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• 18 years or older; pass background and drug screen.
• Meet image standards; valid driver's license with 2 years history.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
