Job summary

Domino's Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training in San Antonio to join a fast-growing quick service restaurant. You will participate in a progressive training program while working toward becoming a restaurant General Manager.

The role focuses on leading operations, achieving high customer service, and maintaining food safety, while developing skills in sales, cost control, and staff development within a high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience, Domino's experience preferred.
• Must be 18+, pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Ability to supervise, analyze data, and make judgments under pressure.
• Willingness to work opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Bring professionalism and effective communication to the Domino's brand.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train Team Members and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example; protect cash and inventory.
