Domino’s Team Murph is seeking a General Manager in Training to grow within a fast-paced Domino’s Pizza environment in San Antonio. You will participate in a progressive training program while working toward becoming a Restaurant General Manager, excelling in leadership, operations, and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated, capable of driving 5 Star Status and building a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience; prior Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must pass background and drug screen, 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle.
• Able to perform under stress, analyze data, and make decisions.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain professionalism, enthusiasm and effective communication to enhance Domino’s brand.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust as needed.
• Ensure food safety compliance at all times.
• Train Team Members and maintain high customer service levels.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company guidelines.
