Job summary

Harris is seeking a General Manager II - Service + BA in the Phoenix area to lead multiple service business units with $5M–$10M in revenue. You will shape strategy, develop teams, and strengthen customer relationships while driving growth across locations.

The role requires 8+ years of leadership in service/HVAC, a business-focused background, and a track record in development and financial management. MBA preferred. This is a leadership position across diverse sites with heavy collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in service, mechanical, HVAC, or related environment.
• Experience leading multiple business units and teams across locations.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems and how they operate.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, customer relationships, and financial management.
• Ability to coach leaders and develop talent; align teams to common goals.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration required, MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set business goals and strategies; drive sales, business development, and new opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and identify opportunities for new and repeat work.
• Oversee operations across multiple business units and locations with consistent standards.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance reviews; improve efficiency.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members; collaborate with Human Capital on hiring and development.
• Share best practices with other service leaders and General Managers.
