Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in a dynamic retail environment. You will drive store sales, oversee GM and Food operations, and manage a team to deliver superior guest service while upholding safety and quality standards.

You will lead workload planning, monitor performance, train staff, and ensure pricing and promotions are executed to meet business goals. This role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or guest service environment.
• Ability to lead a team and manage workload.
• Strong communication and guest-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of inventory, pricing and promotions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability through department leadership.
• Manage inbound/outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy and pricing.
• Lead and coach hourly team members and team leaders.
• Coordinate workload planning to meet guest needs and business goals.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness and compliance in the GM and Food areas.
• Develop strategies, monitor reports and take action to close gaps.
