Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store performance, lead GM and Food Service areas, and develop a high-performing team.

You will manage inbound/outbound, inventory, pricing, and staffing to deliver an exceptional guest experience across GM and Food & Beverage. A 4-year degree and strong leadership are required.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires strategic planning, coaching, and accountability for results.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business acumen.
• Comfortable leading a team of hourly associates and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and profitability for GM and Food areas.
• Manage inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, pricing and signing for GM areas.
• Lead a team of hourly associates and leaders, including workload planning and coaching.
• Develop, coach and train team to elevate skills and performance.
