Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.

• Lead a team of hourly associates and GM Team Leaders with coaching and performance management.
• Plan workload, staffing and promotions to meet business priorities.
• Ensure product is in stock, properly priced and signed on the sales floor.
