Target is hiring a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader in the United States. You will drive store sales, oversee GM and Food areas, and lead a team of hourly associates and leaders to meet guest expectations and business goals.

Responsibilities include workload planning, staffing, promotions, and maintaining food safety standards. A 4-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong interpersonal and analytical skills to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Recruit, coach and develop talent; ensure food safety standards.
