Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise & Food Sales Executive Team Leader to drive store sales, manage GM and Food Service operations, and lead a diverse team. You will oversee replenishment, pricing, and in-store presentation while coaching hourly teammates and GM Team Leaders to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive total store sales and contribute to store profitability.
• Lead Food & Beverage, inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory and pricing processes.
• Manage a team of experts in operations and efficiency.
• Ensure timely fulfillment and guest-ready service during shifts.
• Plan workloads and schedules to meet business priorities.
• Coach and develop GM Team Leaders and hourly team members.
