Job summary

CulinArt Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee a client account, maintain the approved budget, and meet client expectations. The GM will nurture relationships with staff, guests and the client, and drive professional growth across the team.

Responsibilities include cost control, financial reporting, budgeting, and coordinating with operations to align dining services with facility plans. Strong catering experience and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight to ten years upscale food service experience, including six years in management.
• Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation and succession planning.
• Proven track record to achieve company goals in compliance with company/client policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Promote growth and development of the entire team.
• Foster interdepartmental relations and integrate dining with facility operations.
• Manage financial reporting with sales, P&L, budgets and cash handling.
• Plan menus in consultation with chefs and monitor HACCP controls.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
