Posh seeks a General Manager, Experiences to build and lead the experiential arm, overseeing venue operations, event production, brand marketing, and business management. You will own two Posh P&Ls and manage a multi-million dollar annual budget in the US, starting with a New York venue and a portfolio of curated social experiences.

You will drive a break-even first-year plan, then scale profitability, building a durable moat through team, systems, and partnerships across the country.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in experiential, events, hospitality, or nightlife with P&L ownership.
• Experience running an events business or portfolio with multi-million annual revenue.
• Experience building activations for brands that created lasting impact.

Responsabilités

• Define Experiences brand and guardrails; set a 2-year roadmap.
• Own full P&L and forecast; manage format-level economics.
• Hire, train, and lead teams; manage contractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and organizer community teams.
• Position venue as a prototype for future markets; document learnings.
