Future PLC in New York is seeking a strategic lead for our events and experiential business. You will set the vision, operating model, and commercial direction for the channel, overseeing the P&L and partnering with Sales, Creative, and Editorial teams to grow revenue through live experiences.

As the events subject matter expert, you’ll shape pitches, build proprietary IP, and drive end-to-end production from venue selection to vendor negotiations, aligning cross-functional teams for profitable

• Experience directing experiential activations in publishing or media.
• Financial acumen with budget forecasts, channel P&Ls, and profitability.
• Track record developing client proposals and pitch presentations.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the overall growth plan for events and experiential business.
• Oversee the channel P&L, budget control, and margin discipline.
• Partner with Sales and Creative during pre-sale to develop viable event concepts.
• Develop repeatable event formats and proprietary IP around editorial tentpoles.
• Direct end-to-end event production, including venue selection and vendor negotiations.
• Guide cross-functional teams to integrate live activations into campaigns.
