Job summary

REVELxp seeks a proactive General Manager to oversee events at a designated Illinois location. You will recruit local staff, train teams to meet service standards, and manage on-site operations.

This role involves night/weekend work and potential travel, coordinating with clients and partners to ensure exceptional guest experiences. The GM will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and invoices, and serve as the primary on-site contact for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience in large-scale sports/events management.
• Proven leadership of large teams in fast-paced settings.
• Experience with football operations or large events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff for the account in the office and at events.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients; expand business opportunities.
• Lead staff training on venue standards and safety procedures.
• Manage invoices, budgets, and onboarding processes for the account.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
