The General Manager of ConexSmart and Integrated Cable Systems (ICS) is responsible for total business operations, strategy, and development of both companies based in Colorado. This role drives revenue, operations, product development, and market expansion with a customer‑first approach to achieve sustainable profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; post-graduate degree desirable.
• Ten years in manufacturing with 7+ years in sales/engineering leadership.
• Experience presenting to Corporate/Board leadership.
• Knowledge of ISO and AS9100 certifications; ITAR awareness.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning: set budgets, initiatives and growth plans for both companies.
• Business development: expand markets, partnerships and revenues.
• Product development: oversee proposals and improve offerings.
• Operational excellence: standardize processes and drive lean improvements.
• Workforce development: build high-performance teams and leadership.
