Qualifications

• Experience presenting to Corporate/Board leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and strategy for two companies aligned with Trexon's objectives.
• Drive revenue, sales management, and operations excellence.
• Lead product development and organizational design across ConexSmart and ICS.
• Oversee workforce development, training, and performance management.
• Manage mergers and acquisitions activities and integration efforts.
