Intrepid Travel is seeking an experienced General Manager, DMC USA to lead our Destination Management Company across Intrepid, Wildland Trekking, and Urban Adventures in the United States. Qualifications
- Senior management experience; country management experience preferred.
- Proven leadership with direct accountability for a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong financial literacy and strategic decision-making skills.
- Experience with risk and incident management in outdoor environments.
- Working knowledge of U.S. tourism regulations and permits.
Responsibilities
- Lead our DMC USA across Intrepid, Wildland Trekking, and Urban Adventures.
- Develop long-term plans and drive growth, profitability, and product quality.
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
- Collaborate with the President, Americas and GM Canada to align goals.
- Onsite role based in Golden, CO, with five days in the office.
