You will unite sales, operations, and client experience to deliver outstanding programs while preserving RMC’s relationships and service standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to grow the business, manage profitability, and mentor a high-performing team on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in destination management, hospitality, events, luxury services, or related relationship-led business.
• Proven success leading sales and/or operations teams with measurable results.
• Strong commercial instincts with experience in revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and P&L accountability.
• Ability to develop people, set expectations, coach performance, and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local office operation with revenue growth, profitability, service and team performance.
• Translate company strategy into a local plan with clear goals and accountability.
• Collaborate with regional and executive leadership on forecasting, budgeting and performance metrics.
• Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen local presence and client opportunities.
• Oversee sales and operations to ensure seamless delivery of programs.
