RMC is seeking a General Manager / Area General Manager to lead our local office and shape its growth in a dynamic destination. You will unite sales, operations, people, partnerships, and client experience to deliver exceptional programs and strong financial results.

The role emphasizes leadership, client relationships, and a hands-on style to balance service excellence with profitability. On-site position with incentives and a focus on strategic market leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in destination management, hospitality, events, luxury services, or related field.
• Proven success leading sales and/or operations teams with measurable results.
• Strong commercial instincts including revenue growth, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the local office operation, driving revenue growth, profitability, service quality, and team performance.
• Translate company strategy into a local plan with clear goals, priorities, and accountability.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and overall business performance.
• Develop strategic partnerships and strengthen key client, hotel, and venue relationships.
• Coach and build a high-performing leadership bench for the future.
