Intrepid Travel is seeking an experienced General Manager, DMC USA to lead the Destination Management Company across Intrepid, Wildland Trekking, and Urban Adventures in the United States. This is a senior leadership role that shapes growth and market position while building and leading a high-performing team in a large and diverse country.

Qualifications

• Senior management experience required with multi-brand leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ground operations in the U.S. and national parks.
• Experience in tourism or operations-, sales-, or customer-focused industry.
• Ability to translate strategy into team priorities and hold people accountable.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
