Justworks, Inc. in New York City seeks a General Manager & Director, Product to own the Payroll business as a P&L and to drive revenue, margin, and growth across the function.

You will set commercial strategy, inform pricing decisions, and lead operational detail to scale profitably. You will report to the leader overseeing the Acquisition System and Payroll line in the CMO organization, and partner across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Product, and Finance to deliver outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience owning a business line or P&L.
• Experience as a co-founder, General Manager, DRI or business owner.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, B2B services, or regulated environments.
• High business and financial acumen; fluency with P&L, unit economics, pricing.
• Proven ability to set commercial strategy and drive execution across functions.
• Strong analytical skills; familiarity with data tools (Excel, SQL).
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through influence, not direct authority.

Aufgaben

• Own Payroll business and financial outcomes, including revenue, expansion, and margin commitments.
• Direct cross-functional execution across Marketing, Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, Revenue and Risk & Insurance.
• Land pricing, packaging, and monetization within the financial plan; drive add-ons.
• Represent Payroll in platform-level and leadership forums with data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain cross-functional operating systems to align partners and stakeholders.
