Justworks in New York City is seeking a Director of Implementation and Transformation to lead payroll tax operations with rigor and a growth-focused mindset. You will align regulatory excellence with commercial acceleration and drive scalable, client-centric deployment strategies.

You will partner with Product, Sales, Compliance, and Risk to design playbooks, govern multi-state tax processes, and mentor a high-performing team to sustain rapid expansion and client success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payroll tax operations within PEO/ASO or HR outsourcing.
• Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and client implementation models.
• Strong leadership and people-management experience.

Responsabilités

• Serve as strategic partner to GTM teams to accelerate revenue and deal closure.
• Architect scalable implementation frameworks for tax and compliance.
• Lead complex client migrations with high-fidelity risk management.
• Define playbooks for new growth channels balancing compliance and velocity.
• Collaborate with Product and Sales to translate complexity into clear value.
