You will partner with Compliance, Legal, and Tax to adapt to evolving tax laws while driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. The role requires 10+ years in payroll tax operations, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record in leading teams through complex client migrations

Qualifications

• 10+ years in payroll tax operations within PEO/ASO/HR outsourcing environments.
• Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and client implementation operating models.
• Deep knowledge of TPA environments, vendor management, and compliance governance.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex data analysis and electronic tax filing proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll and tax implementation governance across all client projects.
• Design and maintain controls, audit procedures, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Tax to implement changes in tax law across processes.
• Manage SOX/SOC 2 compliance initiatives and audit preparation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing payroll and tax team; develop talent and processes.
