Job summary

Crash Champions is a fast-growing collision repair leader with 650+ locations nationwide. We are hiring a Production Lead to manage the shop from vehicle intake through delivery, ensuring high throughput and quality.

You will supervise labor, assign repairs to Body Technicians, assist with estimates, and coordinate with estimators and parts managers to meet deadlines and KPI targets. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results
• Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software CCC ONE Total Repair Software
• Proficient with Computers and other technology
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs.
• Labor assignment and production management: assign repair jobs to Body Technicians and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Teammate support: assist customers, check-in vehicles, and write estimates as needed.
• Monitor and attain production goals and standards: ensure repairs meet I-CAR quality standards and are billed correctly.
• Complete shop payroll and staffing in a timely manner, manage PTO/vacation/leave.
• Manage daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator, Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after disassembly and damage discovery.
• Team acquisition, coaching, and development of teammates for growth.
