• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards using the OBW service model.
• Manage store financials including budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
