Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leadership role in Winona, MN to lead and develop teams, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service in daily operations.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, while applying data-driven decisions to improve store profitability and customer experience. This position emphasizes leadership, integrity, and teamwork within a community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Two years of college OR one year of retail experience with one year supervisory experience. For firearms facilities, CBC & training may be required.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; 5+ direct reports management experience including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and feedback; communicates store goals and changes across levels.
• Drives store financial performance by overseeing P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet sales and profit targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service using OBW model; resolve customer issues and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate and manage staffing needs, training, and development to maintain a high-performing, inclusive workforce.
