Job summary

Metric Geo is seeking a General Manager to lead the Calibration Services division across multiple states. This hands-on operator will take full P&L responsibility and shape the business from the ground up, rather than merely maintain existing operations.

Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will own commercial performance, build integration roadmaps, and partner cross-functionally to align service delivery, quality, and growth in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning full P&L across a multi-site services business.
• Track record of integrating acquisitions or standardizing operations across independent businesses.
• Background in calibration, precision instrumentation, scientific equipment, or related regulated services.
• Genuine hunger to build and drive success in a new, high-visibility role.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, PE-backed environment.
