Job summary

Applied Technical Services is seeking a General Manager to lead our West Chester, PA calibration laboratory and field services. You will drive revenue growth, manage profitability, and ensure technical excellence while upholding ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and ATS standards.

The role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and a culture of safety and customer focus across laboratory and field operations, with opportunities to interface with government and key industrial customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years in calibration, with leadership or management experience.
• Experience overseeing ISO/IEC 17025 accredited operations.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily calibration laboratory and field operations.
• Develop annual operating plans, budgets, and growth strategies.
• Manage P&L, revenue growth, and EBITDA performance.
• Maintain ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation and quality programs.
• Promote safety, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
