Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC (ATS) is seeking a General Manager for ENI Labs in Fort Wayne, IN to lead calibration operations and drive business growth. The GM will develop forecasts, budgets, and growth plans, and collaborate with regional leadership to ensure a culture of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Eight years of calibration experience including three years of management
• 3+ years of P&L responsibility; multi-site experience preferred
• Ability to perform electrical, dimensional, temperature, pressure, and mechanical calibrations
• Experience in a growth-oriented business is strongly preferred
• Strong experience in managing and unifying operational processes and leading a culture of continuous improvement
• Exceptional customer interaction skills with the ability to build strong relationships and drive growth
• Strong leadership with integrity, dependability, and a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L of the market and develop annual plans, manage financial performance and expenses
• Develop staff through goals, training, and career development opportunities
• Foster a positive, engaged workforce and communicate regularly with team members
• Plan and execute business development and sales strategies to scale growth
• Develop annual plans focusing on growth, staffing, and space constraints
• Collaborate with teams to manage operational overhead and compliance with standards
• Lead safety and ensure compliance with laws and company policies
• Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to support operations
• Build cross-functional relationships at local and corporate levels
• Lead a cross-functional team and drive continuous improvement
