Job summary

ENI Labs, a division of Applied Technical Services, is seeking a General Manager in Fort Wayne, Indiana to drive growth and profitability.

Reporting to the Regional Calibration Director, Midwest, the GM will lead cross-functional teams, develop forecasts, budgets, and growth plans, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.

This role requires calibration experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to build high-performing teams to deliver client value.

Qualifications

• Calibration experience with 8+ years and 3+ years in management.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibility; multi-site experience preferred.
• Ability to perform calibrations across electrical, dimensional, temperature, pressure, and mechanical domains.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's or engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full P&L of the market, develop annual plans and manage finances.
• Lead staff development, set goals, and succession planning.
• Communicate regularly to foster an engaged workforce.
• Partner with revenue/sales to scale the business.
• Develop plans to increase business and optimize staffing/space.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, Safety, and Legal.
• Ensure safety and compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
