Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a General Manager Assistant for its RAD site leadership team to keep operations running smoothly.

You will partner with the General Manager and senior leaders to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, plan associate engagement events, and drive internal communications across hundreds of team members. This role demands discretion and a proactive mindset to uphold our fast-paced culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional or military experience.
• 1+ years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds and perform duties for up to 12 hours.
• Work 40 hours/week with overtime as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights or holidays.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive schedules, travel, and meeting logistics
• Plan and execute site events (recognition programs, holiday celebrations, morale initiatives)
• Support Employee Relations and HR coordination, including onboarding and associate communications
• Create internal communications — announcements, newsletters, visual content
• Track deliverables, compile reports, and drive accountability for leadership action items
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners including HR, Safety, Recruiting, and Maintenance
