Job summary

Healthcare Glendale LLC, a premier mattress manufacturer in Litchfield Park, AZ, is looking for a General Manager Assistant to support the General Manager and day-to-day operations. You will answer calls and emails, manage calendars, prepare reports and presentations, assist with budgeting and financial reporting, coordinate meetings and events, and oversee office supplies.

Strong communication, organization, and office software skills are essential; Mandarin language is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of administrative support experience.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in day-to-day operations.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails; manage calendars and scheduling.
Prepare and distribute reports and presentations; assist with budgeting and financial reporting.
Coordinate meetings and events; order and maintain office supplies.
