Holden Richardson LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead the Midwest aftermarket operations with full P&L ownership and accountability for performance. You will oversee manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer service while driving growth, profitability, and a high-performing, entrepreneurial culture.

This hands-on role partners with commercial, product, and engineering teams to expand digital channels and optimize operations, ensuring customer value and long-term business resilience

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket or closely related environment.
• Demonstrated P&L / business ownership.
• Experience leading a small-to-mid-size business, facility, or business unit.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and customer service.
• Exposure to e-commerce, DTC, or digitally enabled aftermarket businesses.

Responsabilités

• Own the business P&L, including revenue, margin, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, and related functions.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive profitable growth and operational improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team and culture of accountability.
• Partner with commercial, product, supply chain, engineering, and corporate leadership.
• Improve productivity, quality, inventory management, customer experience, and overall operating efficiency.
• Help expand and optimize e-commerce and digital sales channels.
• Establish and manage KPIs that drive accountability and business performance.
