BNY Mellon is seeking a Director, Workplace Engineering Group Leader in New York City to define and drive the global engineering strategy for Workplace Hub. You will own the architecture, modernization, and delivery of secure, scalable platforms that support the in-office experience and ensure safety, security, and operational excellence for our people and facilities.

• 10+ years of software/enterprise engineering leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead global engineering teams and manage large technology portfolios.
• Strong technical credibility across full-stack development, APIs, cloud, security, and production engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Define the engineering vision, target architecture, and delivery roadmap for Workplace Hub platforms.
• Lead multiple engineering teams across application development, platform support, modernization, integrations, and production resilience.
• Establish engineering standards, operating models, and delivery practices to improve speed, quality, security, and scalability.
• Serve as the senior technology partner to Workplace Experience, Corporate Security, Real Estate, and Facilities stakeholders.
• Promote an AI-first engineering mindset to improve colleague experience, automation, supportability, and operational insight.
• Own end-to-end architecture, engineering, delivery, and operational health of Workplace Hub platforms.
• Lead development of digital products improving workplace services and on-site experiences.
• Oversee IT security-related applications including access control and CCTV solutions.
